Because every custom order is made from scratch, the process takes approximately one month from design to completion. This allows us to carefully source materials, refine the details, and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.

We offer fast and reliable shipping for all orders placed in our webshop. Your order will be shipped within 3-4 business days, ensuring you receive your handmade items as quickly as possible.

Shipping costs 70 DKK per order. We work with PostNord, GLS, DAO, and Bring, so your package will be delivered safely and efficiently.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives. If you have any questions about shipping, feel free to contact us!

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your piece, you can return your order for a full refund.

Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your item, and we’ll guide you through the return process. The jewelry must be unused and in its original condition. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund.
